We sometimes discuss adult topics in a frank or joking manner, resulting in adult humor and occasional adult language. Because of this, minors are not allowed here. By registering to chat, you are signifying that you are AT LEAST 18 years of age.
The chat room DOES record transcripts of chat room conversations. Although public chat is recorded, we regard private messages as PRIVATE, so the program has been set up to NOT record private messages. It is the users responsibility to decide whether to accept or ignore a private message.
We prefer that the users of the chat room be self-governing. As a self-governed group, it is our requirement of our chatters to manage their misunderstandings without intervention but if necessary, chatters may email msgoodwill@msgoodwill.net for conflict mitigation. We may refer to our recorded chat transcripts as a clear record of the truth regarding convdrsations that transpired in such misunderstandings.
Chatters shall:
-help maintain a friendly environment and take the time to see what others are saying
-not share information about others which may be used to harm others or contribute to controversy.
-refrain from posting disrespectful ocomments about others in open chat.
-take any sensitive conversations or discussions to private message or another side room. We have extras and can make more.
Chatters shall not dominate the chat environment, and shall provide others the opportunity they need to comment as necessary.
